Revenue & Profitability

To qualify this business plan, I should already have some revenue! So, ask a few people to pay up .51c : )
- Microtransactions for accessing content. Probably #1
- Marketplace transactions cost commissions: both NFT and fiat
- Donations & guilding
- Built-in eCommerce, I will sell STL’s & custom attire
- Additionally, Locations can host algorithms that charge per outcome. Examples: dream studio, video compressor, artistic filters.
Premium Content & Subscriptions
Access to content made premium by creators: subscription and one-off. I think of this as a #1 revenue stream. (This is different from NFT trading.)
Each piece of content can be marked as a Premium Item (multi-tier), requiring a purchase to access. The revenue goes to the location owner, who is the content creator, and the platform takes only a percentage (2-60%, this will be adjusted). Therefore as a two-way marketplace, we will be in an excellent position to expand, because we will not be limited in scope by the creative content posted by own own team, but rather allow any approved creative team to use the platform (more on Creative Teams later). Therefore, the revenue sources for the platform will be: % from nft transfers, microstransactions, subscriptions, and guilding. More on each later.
Creators will have the flexibility of offering all content for free, only premium content, or a combination. Some free teasers will drive traffic to the creator, creating demand for her premium content.
The market itself should figure out what should be free, what should be premium - we provide the tools for discovery.

NFT marketplace in 3D
Please note that my interest in the blockchain is ownership and 3D. I am not planning on doing anything super-complicated on the blockchain. It's just minting (creating) the transferable 3D assets. Everything else, the 3d world, is off-chain.
Make it look like sketchfab! People don't present their NFT's very well at the moment. You can't have your own gallery displaying 6 NFT's, for example. With a door to another room in the gallery, displaying another 6. We can create exactly galleries like that. A combinatin of the NFT marketplace and Sketchfab. It has not been done yet, and it can be done relatively easily.
Since we're positioning to be 3d experts (light, hybrid web2/web3 at that), we might as well focus on it.
If we succeed with out metaverse, we would be able to sell 3d assets as NFT's to use there: avatars, but also props and maybe entire locations. I'm still piloting this part. I think of this as #3 possible revenue stream. We'd be exclusive to 3D. because opensea and GME marketplace already cover 2d non-interactive assets.
