Me and several other people would like drupal's vote_up_down to be ported to drupal 10. It's not that difficult, it's been done, here is my branch: https://github.com/wasya-co/vote_up_down

I'm at a loss on how to plug this into drupal's composer's system. I don't want to git-checkout this module for myself every time, I want to say 'composer require drupal/vote_up_down' on my drupal 10 sites. Can you help me out? Either please create this version on Drupal's official repos, or give someone permission to do it.
